European Consumer Centre: help to consumers when travelling and shopping within the EU

The European Consumer Centre in Bulgaria offers free help and advice:
- when travelling in Europe or when buying goods and services from another member state, Iceland or Norway. Our consumtation can save you money and help you avoid problems,
- free professional help and complaints handling against traders based in another member state, like foreign online shop or touroperator in case you are not happy with the way your has been treated.
The European Consumer Centre is cofinanced by the European Commission and the Bulgarian government. The Centre in Bulgaria is part of the Commission for Consumer Protection.
The European Consumenr Centre in Bulgaria is part of a network of European Consumer Centres (ECC-Net), in all EU member states as well as in Iceland and Norway. The centres work together so that you can receive help and advice in your country of residence for problems abroad.
