ECC Bulgaria can intervene only if you live in Bulgaria and have a question about your rights in Europe or have a dispute with a trader registered in another country of the European Union, Iceland, Norway or the United Kingdom. In your case, we cannot be useful. You can contact the European Consumer Center in the country where you live in or a local consumer organization in your country of residence. Do you have a problem regarding a trader based in another EU Member State, Iceland, Norway or the United Kingdom?
We can only intervene in a consumer dispute with a trader who is registered in another EU country, Iceland, Norway or the United Kingdom. In this case, we cannot be useful. If you live in Bulgaria and have a problem with a Bulgarian trader, you can file a complaint with the Commission for Consumer Protection
Have you already contacted the trader in writing - e-mail, letter, online form?
Contact the seller in writing first to try to resolve the issue directly. If possible, send your complaint and keep a copy of the message. In case the problem is not solved even then, we will be happy to help you.
