Help and advice for consumers in Europe

European consumer centre Bulgaria offers free information and advice in extrajudicial cross-border consumer matters.

ECC Bulgaria is part of the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). The network comprises 29 centres in all EU Member States, Iceland and Norway. We work together with International Consumer Centre in the  United Kingdom. These centres offer free and personalised information, advice and assistance to consumers having problems with cross-border transactions in another country within the network.

ECC-Net was established in 2005 by the European Commission to strengthen consumer confidence in the internal market. The network helps citizens to ensure that their consumer rights are respected and reap the benefits of the Single Market.

ECC Bulgaria is funded by the European Commission and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission.
